Mumbai, Delhi see decline in traffic congestion after coronavirus outbreak

Both the financial capital Mumbai and political capital New Delhi have seen decline in traffic after the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Mumbai saw an average 46 per cent decline in congestion during the morning rush hour on Tuesday. Congestion levels are usually at 60-80 per cent between 8 am to 10 am.
